Tracey Craft is a seasoned Realtor®, applying years of experience in business development, marketing and sales to help her clients buy and sell real estate.

Tracey has lived in North Fulton for nearly 45 years. She has owned and managed businesses, and investment properties. Her passion is helping people increase their asset base and strengthen their financial position through real-estate acquisitions. Her goal is to consistently achieve the highest and best return for her clients.

Tracey practices both residential and commercial real estate. She holds the Accredited Staging Professional (ASP®) designation, and she is a member of the Atlanta Realtors Association. Tracey has served on the Alpharetta Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and is an avid supporter of the Alpharetta Safety Foundation. She haa been a member of both the Alpharetta and the Greater North Fulton Chambers of Commerce, the Alpharetta Business Association and the Milton Business Council. Tracey was a founding Board member of the Kings Ridge Christian School Parent Club, founding organizer of Women in Rotary and former Board member of the Rotary Club of North Fulton.

Tracey is recognized by the Atlanta Realtors Association as a Top Producer, by Ansley as a Circle of Excellence member, and by Appen Media as Best of North Atlanta in the Realtor Team category.

Tracey has raised three children in Alpharetta. She currently resides in Downtown Alpharetta where she enjoys league tennis, golf and biking the Greenway. She especially cherishes time with family and friends at her vacation home in Hilton Head, SC.
