Georgia was a great Realtor for us. We had moved to the area from the west coast 2 years prior and were ready to purchase. We knew areas of Atlanta metro fairly well, but Georgia was able to quickly share valuable insight into which neighborhoods that would meet our needs better than others. We did our homework ahead of even meeting her and kind of knew what we were looking for (if you haven’t bought before, go to open houses!). Before we met, we sent her a list of properties we were interested in and she set aside 2 days for us. At the end of the first day we had already seen 5 homes and decided to cancel the second day because we already knew which one we wanted – we moved forward with the offer the next day. We were somewhat aggressive with the offer and were able to get almost exactly what we asked for in the negotiations due to Georgia’s ability to justify our offer with the seller’s agent. We absolutely feel comfortable recommending her to friends and family.
