Sara Ead is no stranger to moving and relocation. A native of Toronto, Canada, she has counted at least 12 moves across 4 countries. In 2003, Sara and her husband Jim moved to Minnesota. After experiencing a frigid winter season with their 4 children, she soon realized the need for quality children's winter accessories. Sara founded and operated "Go.Be Outdoors," and her signature winter hat was featured in 7 local retailers. 

Her academic background as a Summa Cum Laude graduate from Queens, and Your Universities with a major in psychology, combined with her business, sales, negotiation, and personal moving experience made Sara's transition to real estate an easy one. Sara earned 'Rookie of the Year,' North Fulton in 2015, and has consistently been a top producer since then. She prides herself on strong, transparent communication, dedication, trust, integrity, and persistence. Working with buyers and sellers, Sara's strengths include strategic marketing and transaction management. Most importantly, Sara has a knack for identifying issues before they arise, resulting in a smoother transaction for all parties.  

Sara, Jim their four kids (Jay, Sam, Leah and Sophie), and puppy Lucy have lived in Alpharetta since 2011. Their favorite thing to do as a family is travel! Sara has truly lived, worked and played in North Fulton! She has served as PTA president; volunteered as a neighborhood board member, and experienced all of the great sports; activities, and community events across Alpharetta, Roswell, and Johns Creek. This has given her stronger insights of the area, and even greater appreciation for all it has to offer.
