Kelli Gould is one of the best real estate agents I have ever worked with. At every step of the process, she was exceptional. She sold my house at a very difficult time in the market. When discussing initial listing price, she did her homework, understood the market and walked me through her ideas for pricing and where she thought we could land. In the end, it went exactly as she thought it would and the house sold for full listing price, again, at a very difficult time in the market. Kelli marketed my home, again exceptionally, to potential buyers and to other real estate agents (and therefore their clients). So much so, that when seeing just the printed and online marketing materials, I literally said “damn, I want to buy this house”. Once the house was listed, she was on top of staging, viewings, open houses, followed up with anyone who visited house (when it was advantageous to do so) and was constantly communicating with me. She was great at keeping me patient (when I needed to be patient) and making adjustments from feedback from agents who had shown the house when we needed to make an adjustment. At no time did she ever suggest a price decrease, mainly because her initial pricing was so dead on accurate.Once we had a real tangible offer that was for full listing price, Kelli was absolutely the best negotiator I have ever seen. Let me expand on this. The buyer for my house was described by their own real estate agent as “challenging” and had several items that were simply not going to be something that Kelli nor I (nor most agents) would have agreed to. Kelli simply handled these items and let me know they were resolved. When our buyer did submit items that were stumbling blocks, Kelli was really good at seeing three steps down the road and explaining how we could effectively negate the cost of an item buyers were insistent on with a savings later down the road she would set up now to effectively negate the request. A very good solution to an impasse. It was a chess match and Kelli is a Grandmaster player.Kelli was also really effective at negotiating with me. Let me explain. As the seller, we are on the inside and sometimes that gets in our way of seeing the bigger picture and in my case, I almost tripped over myself. Kelli would fight tooth and nail for anything I wanted her to and she would do it with conviction. However, she was also really good at helping me understand the pros and cons on every decision which helped me make the right decision. She did it a way that always felt like she was on my side and that it was always my decision. In hindsight, I am so grateful for her tact and skill, had I insisted on my potential blunder, I would have seriously regretted it.All of her experience and skills are all about one thing, getting the most for the home I was selling. This is an excellent strategy that maximized both of our earnings. In addition to her considerable skill, knowledge and experience, Kelli is just pleasant and professional to deal with which is a bonus in this day and age.Simply put, she is an EXCEPTIONAL real estate agent and a pleasure to know and you won’t regret hiring her as your agent.
