Tricia Quidley is an Atlanta native with deep roots and an intuitive understanding of the city's neighborhoods, people, and pace.
Raised in Brookhaven and having lived across multiple areas of Metro Atlanta, Tricia has spent the past 26 years in Alpharetta and Johns Creek, where she raised her three children and built her business through relationships, referrals, and results.
Before real estate, Tricia earned her degree in Spanish from the University of Georgia and a teaching degree from the University of Central Florida, spending several years as a middle school Spanish teacher. That foundation shaped her ability to guide, educate, and communicate clearly—skills that now define her real estate practice.
Known for her calm presence and strong intuition, Tricia creates a low-stress experience in what can often be an emotional process. She combines empathy with strategic negotiation, helping clients make confident decisions whether buying, selling, or investing.
Her approach is both personal and results-driven. She listens deeply, studies the market carefully, and positions each property thoughtfully. Clients appreciate her authenticity, patience, and competitive edge.
Tricia believes real estate is not just about property—it's about life transitions, timing, and trust. Her goal is to make the process feel informed, organized, and even enjoyable.
