David Austin has been a licensed Realtor since 2001 and has a proven track record of helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals. David is a life-long resident of Dallas, Georgia and is a 6th generation Georgian.
A 28-year sales and management history in the copier industry has given David the advantage of being a successful real estate negotiator. A proven leader, David spent eight years as the Chairman of the Paulding County Board of Commissioners, and has served on various boards in the community including the Cobb Marietta Water Authority, ACCG Board of Managers, Paulding County Economic Development & Industrial Building Authority, and has served as Chairman of the Northwest Georgia Regional Commission.
David was voted Paulding County Chamber of Commerce Citizen of the Year in 2016 and currently serves on the Wellstar Hospital Board of Directors for Paulding County. He is a member of the Paulding County Chamber of Commerce, Paulding Board of Realtors, Georgia Association of Realtors as well as the National Association of Realtors.
A graduate of the University of West Georgia with a BBA in Marketing and Management, David lives in Dallas, Georgia with his wife Jane and partners with his daughter Jaydee Austin Smith at Ansley Real Estate. Together, they have successfully closed over $500M in real estate transactions over their combined years in the business.
