Boh Bohorquez began his career in real estate in 1978 and loved every minute of those few years before the market blew up in 1982, which is when he entered Corporate America. His 20 plus years in technical/customer service proved to be quite rewarding; gaining the skills, knowledge and expertise necessary to soar within the industries he chose culminating in executive level leadership positions. Unfortunately, the pressure and time commitments away from family eventually began to grow old, so when offered the opportunity to either relocate or separate from this lifestyle; he decided, along with his family, to reinvest in himself and begin his real estate career again. This proved to be the best decision of Boh’s life.
Boh serves on several Boards, chairs (or have chaired) several committees and is currently President of the Women's Council Of Realtors, Atlanta Chapter. Boh’s entire career has been a series of preparations and trainings to better provide service to his clients. Boh is great at what he does, and he loves doing it. Although he works with many different clients, up into the multi million dollar range, Boh’s happiest moments are when he successfully guides young first time buyers through the maze and to the closing table for their ‘First Home’.
Boh’s specialties include: thirty plus years of Quality and Customer Service experience, Six Sigma Black Belt, Certified ISO9001 2000 Internal Auditor, Accredited Buyers Representative, Accredited Relocation Specialist, Short Sale / Foreclosure Resource Specialist, Director with The Atlanta Board Of Realtors, Lifetime Member ABR Multi-Million Dollar Club.
