A Marietta native and Georgia resident for over sixty years, Steve Turner has an extensive background in the Atlanta area real estate market. Steve is a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES) who specializes in listing probate properties, working with individual petitioners and probate attorneys who need an agent understands how a court confirmation probate sale works, how to sell real estate under a living trust and conservatorship, and any special probate rules regarding the sale of real property in Georgia. Steve is committed to providing executors/petitioners a proven, successful, and compassionate approach that minimizes stress.
