Todd Williams is a rare Atlanta native and has personally witnessed the dramatic changes throughout the metro area over the years. He bought his first Atlanta home in Buckhead, shortly after graduating from The University of Georgia.
After an accomplished corporate career in Executive Account Management, Marketing and Sales, Todd decided to pursue his passion for real estate in a full-time capacity in 2005. He borrowed from his corporate training and employs a consultative, relationship driven, client focused approach. He leverages his expertise in all things Atlanta, his working knowledge of building science and residential construction, and years of negotiation and sales experience to benefit his clients. It is no surprise that his business includes a high rate of referral and repeat business from previous clients and that he can seamlessly manage business from midtown to Milton and all points between. Todd is also knowledgeable and passionate about North Georgia Lake properties including Lanier, Rabun, Burton and Hartwell.
Todd is a graduate of “Leadership Sandy Springs” and was selected as a Member of the Advisory Committee for “The Next Ten” (2017-2027 Sandy Springs Comprehensive Plan). He is a fomer Board Member of Polo in The Pines, an annual Fall fundraising event that benefits Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta.
Todd prides himself on his knowledge of Atlanta, his involvement in the community and his professional network that he can leverage on his client’s behalf. He resides in Sandy Springs with his wife Jennifer. Two of his sons attend UGA and the third is a Junior at Innovation Academy in Alpharetta.
