In the last five years, Robert Heltzel has established himself as a Greater-Atlanta market expert with over 70 homes sold totaling more than $28 million.
Working with both buyers and sellers, Robert is known for personally getting to know each client and delivering a high level of expertise from new home construction to condominiums, bungalows, and estates. He’s represented buyers and sellers from Lake Lanier to the north to as far south as Peachtree City.
Robert began his career at John Wieland Homes in 2014, quickly learning many facets of real estate from blueprints, plats and construction to client rapport and relationship building. He then applied his knowledge at Ryland Homes for two years, where he was an onsite agent in Marketplace Commons (Cumming) and Olde Woodward Mill (Suwanee) – both in the Top 5 Selling Communities of the Atlanta Division.
A native of Mississippi, Robert graduated from Mississippi State University in 2011 with a Bachelor's Degree in International Business, Finance. He studied abroad in many cities including Norwich, England and Madrid, Spain. Following a college dream, Robert thru-hiked all 2,100-plus miles of the Appalachian Trail from Georgia to Maine. After successfully completing this goal, Robert moved to Atlanta where he could begin a thriving career in real estate and still remain close to his family.
Robert is involved with Buckhead Church, City of Refuge, Buckhead Business Association and the West Side Future Fund. In his spare time, he enjoys golf, hiking, kayaking the Chattahoochee and avidly supporting Atlanta sports.
