Raised in a "real estate family" with a background in finance, property management and construction, Jennifer Bienstock graduated with an international finance degree from the University of Florida. Jennifer has been selling luxury residential real estate now for over 20+ years. Her passion for real estate came naturally and was complemented by her eye for design. She has purchased multiple investment properties and has been able to share her lessons learned and knowledge gained through personal experience, with her clients, on their own investment property purchases and home renovations.
Jennifer relocated to the Milton area from Miami Beach, Florida, 10 years ago and joined The Cueny Team. This transition expanded Jennifer's love for real estate and shifted her sales focus from contemporary modern homes to more traditional construction, four seasons and the combination of city and country living. Jennifer prides herself in bringing buyers and sellers together in mutually respectful relationships. Jennifer is fluent in Spanish, knowledgeable in marketing trends and advertising techniques, and she focuses on giving personalized, high energy and professional service to all her clients.
When she is not working, Jennifer is either on the ball field with her son Mike, in the bleachers watching her daughter Isabella cheer, running or shopping! Jennifer, along with the rest of the Cueny Team, are ready to help you to fulfill your real estate goals!
