For over 35 years, Ryan Bell has called Atlanta home. Growing up a student athlete in Marietta, GA, attending The University of Georgia and receiving his degree in Public Relations from Kennesaw State University, Bell has an intimate understanding of our great state and the wonderful people that reside here.
With a love of real estate and design from a young age and seeing the growth taking place in our city, Ryan received his real estate license in 2005 eager to be a part of the action! With early success in both general real estate and as a top producing certified EarthCraft green building realtor for custom home builders in North Atlanta, Bell was able to work on some exciting projects like Extreme Makeover Home Edition, helping families in need.
In 2008, Ryan successfully shifted directions and found success in surgical device sales for over 10 years, bringing his focus of relationships and knowledge to this very different industry. "I pride myself on being part of the team and solution, no matter the situation," states Bell. "It doesn't matter if it's the individual who opens the door for you or the one that writes your check, we are all people and deserve respect, kindness and consideration." Although the medical industry served Bell well, his love for real estate burned strong and he transitioned back to new development sales in 2018 as a top producer for a national builder in Atlanta. Excited to bring his experience to the Wegener I Pitts Group and Ansley Real Estate Christie's International, Bell feels his path was designed to lead him here.
In his free time, Bell loves being with his wife, 3 kids, 3 dogs and a kitten…gulp! He also enjoys playing golf, loves music and anything that brings on a good laugh!
