Meet Pam Troxel, 2nd generation REALTOR (mom) and daughter of a residential home builder and developer (dad). A proud native of Atlanta and Gwinnett County, Pam spent her youth around real estate entrepreneurs and professionals, absorbing the nuts and bolts of the business from a very young age. Her first career was in corporate banking as an analyst and, mirroring her parents’ strong work ethic and respect for home ownership, she successfully purchased her first home in Peachtree Corners at age 26.
In 2002 entrepreneurship called and she moved to Amelia Island, Florida, teaming up with her mom Pat, and together they forged a powerful real estate duo that lasted for 15 years and closed over $250 million in sales (AINCAR 2002-2022). Their success was built on a commitment to excellence and understanding the value of personal credibility. Pam worked hard to see that those fundamentals were integral to every transaction as she continued in the business after her mom’s retirement.
True market experts are born out of experiencing every type of market - from the giddy heyday of 2005 to the downturn that followed and every market shift since. Pam has experienced them all and has expertly advised her buyers and sellers through the process for over 22 years by focusing on the client's needs with compassion, diligence, and professionalism.
A city girl at heart, Pam is thrilled to be back in her hometown of Atlanta, closer to family and dedicated to building on her existing loyal client base. She lives in Buckhead with her Bearded Collie, Maisy, and Persian kitty, Prince Caspian. While a seasoned and adventurous traveler, she's most at home in Paris - a city she loves to return to as often as possible.
