Real estate has run in Brooks' family for three generations now—he learned the business at a young age from both his parents and grandfather who have been involved in commercial and investment real estate for over 50 years. The relational part of the residential business and his passion to serve rather than sell to his clients are what brought Brooks to get his license in 2022.
Born and raised in Vinings and a graduate of Whitefield Academy, Brooks has spent his whole life in the North Atlanta area, apart from the years he spent on the swim team at Auburn University, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude with a degree in finance. Although his swimming years are behind him, he still finds a way to compete in CrossFit at a high level.
Brooks is a member Trinity Anglican Church and frequents Piedmont Driving Club, where he grew up swimming and found his love for the sport and the city. If you cannot find him showing homes or searching for Atlanta's next best restaurant, he is most likely at his family's home on Lake Burton.
