Stephanie Pendleton has an impressive family background in entrepreneurship and sales. Both her grandparents and parents built successful businesses, and Stephanie grew up immersed in the world of sales. Her grandfather, Maxie Price, founded and established one of the highest performing and largest Chevrolet dealerships in the Southeast. Stephanie's parents ventured into the outdoor advertising industry, where they achieved remarkable success and most recently expanded their entrepreneur horizons as they founded a safe manufacturing business, Pendleton Safes, which has won a plethora of awards. Stephanie was an instrumental part of this company's success.
Stephanie's exposure to her family's diverse business ventures from a young age exposed her to various sales and marketing strategies and sharpened her business acumen. Building on her upbringing and experiences, Stephanie has been working in sales and marketing for the past decade. It also comes naturally to her as she enjoys spending time with people and helping others. She is a second generation realtor. With her extensive background and hands-on experience, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her profession. Stephanie is well-equipped to navigate the intricacies of sales, understanding the importance of building relationships, identifying customer needs, and delivering exceptional service.
Stephanie is a native to the Athens area. She grew up in Oconee County as well as Walton and Gwinnett. She attended Athens Academy from the age of 10 and then pursued her further education at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas before and ultimately graduated from the University of Georgia.
In her free time, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her friends and family, attending church, traveling and exploring the great outdoors.
