Larry Vaughan grew up in Franklin, Michigan, just outside of Detroit, with his four brothers, including an identical twin. He earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from Western Michigan University, where he attended on a golf scholarship. Upon graduation, Larry launched a successful career at IBM in Indianapolis, spending over a decade honing his skills in business strategy, sales, and technology solutions. He went on to hold senior leadership roles at several technology firms, including serving as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) on three separate occasions, driving revenue growth and operational efficiency.
Larry's passion for real estate and data-driven investments began during his time in the corporate world, where he recognized the power of analytics and market insights to drive business success. As a long-time property owner and full-time resident of Reynolds Lake Oconee since 2010, Larry has developed a deep understanding of the local real estate market. Today, Larry serves as the Business Operations Manager for the Jennifer Vaughan Group. He remains an active member of Cuscowilla Golf Club and competes across the state and country.
Beyond real estate and golf, Larry's commitment to mentorship and community impact shines through his 17 years of service with the Detroit Area Big Brothers/Big Sisters organization. He proudly supported his "little" from childhood through his graduation at Michigan State University, including fully financing his college education.
