Edward Rosenfeld, Problem Solver
Edward came to Atlanta to pursue his MBA from Emory's Goizueta School of Business. Upon graduation, he launched a career in digital media focusing on sales and business development in a range of companies from small startups to companies like AT&T and Cox Enterprises. In his 30+ year career he has negotiated over $500M worth of contracts and earned a reputation for creative problem solving. As his wife Kimery's business grew, the pair decided that it was time to join forces and Edward left the corporate world in 2017 to join Kimery full-time.
While Kimery knows the markets, Edward knows how to make a deal happen. He helps buyers identify non-monetary gives to make their offers stand out while holding the line on their budgets. With sellers he is able to find and oversee, if necessary, the right tradesmen if there is anything they need to do to get the most out of their sale.
