Suzanne Haverty is dedicated to superior marketing and personalized client services in the luxury Atlanta and Coastal Georgia markets.
Suzanne is a native Atlanta with almost 10 years of experience in residential real estate. She obtained a BS in Microbiology from UGA and studied abroad in London and Madrid where she earned a BBA in International Business.
In her early career, Suzanne worked for both Hayes Microcomputers and Northern Telecom in their International Marketing department but early on became interested in real estate. She worked for Cushman and Wakefield in both Nashville, TN and Greensboro, NC where she worked as an office leasing agent of Class A office. After Cushman and Wakefield, she worked for Brookhollow, a Texas based developer, to lease, manage and sell their Class A newly completed office in Greensboro.
Suzanne and her husband, Ben, also a native of Atlanta, have resided in the Buckhead area for over 30 years where they raised their four children. Suzanne has been actively involved and is very familiar with many schools in the Atlanta area including Trinity Elementary, The Schenck School, Jackson Elementary, Woodward Academy, The Westminster Schools and The Lovett School. She is a great resource for living and raising children in the Atlanta area. She was involved in the UGA, UVA and UNC Parents' Councils and served as the Head Team Parent for the UNC Men's Lacrosse team for two years.
Suzanne and Ben have enjoyed a wide variety of neighborhoods in the Buckhead area including Vinings and Brookhaven and have spent 45 years vacationing in Sea Island, Georgia.
