Hally DeMent was born and raised in Gainesville, GA, but she later moved to Athens where she enrolled at The University of Georgia. Not long after graduating, Hally began her career in real estate with Summit Properties where she worked primarily with the leasing and management of real estate. Hally later married her husband, Greg, and moved to the Lake Oconee area where she furthered her real estate career.
While at Lake Oconee, Hally helped clients buy and sell real estate throughout the Lake Oconee area. During this time, she honed her skills in real estate while marketing and selling many different types of property. For example, Hally is well versed with custom homes, historic homes, investment properties, retirement properties, and lake properties.
In 2006, Hally returned to the Athens area with her family where she continued her real estate career and in 2022 she joined Ansley Real Estate's new Athens office as a Founding Member. Hally has experienced success in real estate with consistent production, but her main focus remains on the needs of her clients. Having lived in Athens for a decade, Hally’s reputation remains impeccable because she maintains a high level knowledge of the Athens market while providing top level service to buyers and sellers throughout the Athens area. Hally and her husband, Greg, now reside in the 5 Points area with their three children.
