For Julie Ray, having a fruitful career in real estate just seemed like fate. Buying and selling property is in her blood, after all – she was raised on real estate by a multi-generational family of builders. This unique upbringing fortified her foundation of down-to-earth customer service and hard work. 18 years later, Julie continues to pull on these valuable experiences to better serve her clients at Ansley Mountain & Lake.
As a top-producing Associate Broker and winner of multiple real estate awards, Julie is undoubtedly accomplished. However, she'll rarely talk about herself. Instead, she stays focused on her craft, going to the ends of the Earth for her clients. It's not unusual to find her working into the wee hours of the morning on her client's behalf.
A native of North Georgia, Julie's passion for mountain life is contagious. She finds joy outdoors and loves giving back to the communities she serves. And while she's incredibly adept as a buyer and seller's agent, helping first-time homebuyers is what really makes her smile.
Today, Julie works as one-half of the Julie-N-Teesha team. Julie Ray and Teesha Morgan go together like turnip greens and cornbread: a powerhouse duo that blends innovative marketing and expert negotiation with deep market knowledge and good ‘ole southern hospitality.
When she's not helping clients, Julie serves as the Director of the Northeast Board of Realtors and attends legislative meetings to advocate for her client's property rights. In her free time, she loves attending local events and exploring the beauty of North Georgia with friends and family.
