A Kentucky native, Myranda McGinn graduated from the University of Kentucky with a degree in finance and economics and moved to Atlanta to start her career. A combination of longing for a more fulfilling career and always having a passion for real estate, Myranda decided to get her license in 2021 and join The Cueny Team.
With the support and guidance from her team, Myranda was personally able to reach just over $7 million in sales her first year and as a team they reached over $109 million. Myranda understands what a huge investment a home is and works hard to create an environment where her clients feel heard and taken care of. Her personal approach, combined with her keen ability to analyze data, allows Myranda to ensure that not only her clients goals are met but their expectations are exceeded.
Myranda has previously lived in Buckhead and Brookhaven, and currently resides with her husband Tim in their home in Chamblee. Myranda recently bought another home in Milton which is a testament to her vast knowledge of different markets within Metro Atlanta. Backed by the entire Cueny Team, Myranda is confident in her abilities to find her clients their dream home in their dream location.
When not working, Myranda enjoys spending quality time with her husband and their puppy Hank, getting together with friends, and going to the Battery to cheer on the Braves!
