Atlanta native Jennie Kushner was born and bred with real estate in her blood. The daughter of one of the city's biggest commercial developers, Kushner has followed in her father and family's footsteps by being a pivotal player in some of the most predominate and influential deals and developments the South has recently seen.
With 10 years of experience, Kushner is an accomplished New Construction Build & Sales On-Site Specialist as well as a refined resale list and buyers-side agent.
Kushner's vast exposure to multiple aspects of the business from a very young age has played a key role in her impressive career. From 2018 to the present, Kushner's new development projects total over $250 million in net sales.
An alumna of Holy Innocents' Episcopal School in Sandy Springs, Georgia, Kushner attended the University of Alabama where she majored in journalism.Graduating on the Dean's List, Kushner worked for the school and local newspapers through her college career. She was part of the Tuscaloosa News team who won a Pulitzer Prize for their coverage of the devastating 2011 F4 tornado. Upon graduation from Alabama, Jennie moved back to Atlanta where she had a short stint with Modern Luxury Magazine and ultimately took a position with Northside Woman Magazine as Fashion Editor-in-Chief.
Her ambition and appetite for challenge coupled with her competitive spirit and expansive exposure to multiple arenas of business drove her to change career paths and get her real estate license at age 24.
Three short years later Kushner upped her credentials and got her broker's license at age 27, making her one of the youngest brokers in Atlanta's history to date.
Jennie boasts a strong resume of awards and accomplishments. She has been recognized in the top 5% of producers by the Atlanta Realtors Association in volume and sales. She was a Top Producer in both the volume and sales categories for New Construction Development in 2019,2020. Her 2022 closed production volume in resale, presale, new construction and homesites has set multiple records in her arena. Atlanta Magazine recognizes Jennie as a "real estate all star," an audited list of top 5% producers.
Jennie is licensed as an Associate Broker in three states in the U.S.: Georgia, South Carolina and Utah. She proudly is a member of the Savannah Realtors' Association as well as the Atlanta Realtors' Association.
From 2020 to March of 2021, Jennie served as the Division Sales Manager for the 9th largest new home builder in the nation, Century Homes, running all new development communities and agents in Southeast Georgia as well as South Carolina.
When she's not working, Jennie is an avid artist who is known for her abstract acrylics on canvas. Her paintings hang in homes across the country and she has participated in multiple exclusive invite-only judged- based art shows and events. Jennie grew up on a large equestrian farm North of Atlanta. She is thankful for her humbling roots and enjoys spending as much time as possible at her parents' home. In the Fall, she is in Tuscaloosa cheering on her Alabama Crimson Tide Football Team.
A true athlete at heart, Jennie was offered mutliple scholarships to play basketball in college. She also was the golf team captain and participated in cross country and track. She still enjoys playing golf, running and shooting hoops here and there. She is a volunteer at The Shepherd Spinal Center in Atlanta, and is the proud Mom of a Saint Bernard, Wellington.
